Abstract

The simulation of a phenomenon in a free circulation regime requires study and practice time. In the present work, recommendations are provided for the creation of models in the ANSYS Fluent software in a fast and precise way, from the evaluation of different configurations, taking as a work to model the single-cycle labyrinth weirs. The objective is to facilitate the habitual use in personal computers of this tool for its application in engineering projects.
