Conception of Hydrologic Cycle from its beginning

This work describes vision of philosopher and scientific about main aspects of hydrological cycle. Shows principal conceptions order take into account history periodization in three moments: Old, Middle Age and Modern Age. Highlight figures more significant that contribute from a scientific point of view to actual conception.
