The university conference supported by a virtual laboratory
Abstract
The results of giving a conference to Civil Engineering students are presented, supporting the development of the same with two virtual laboratories that served first to complement the explanation of the contents and then for each student to exercise what they learned by operating the virtual facilities, obtaining results of the experiments, processing them in real time and collectively analyzing the conclusions reached in them. The experience was conducted at the University of Azuay in Cuenca, Ecuador and the students were subsequently surveyed, with which valuable conclusions were obtained about the process developed.
