Sobre el posible origen y calibración de la curva de descarga del canal de Vento
Abstract
En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis sobre el posible origen y calibración de la curva de descarga de la sección de aforo ubicada en la Torre Norte del canal de Vento. Se presta especial atención al cálculo de conductos cerrados al estudiar una serie de expresiones empleadas por Albear en su proyecto original. De igual forma, empleando mediciones realizadas en investigaciones previas, así como registros de valores medios mensuales de las profundidades de circulación entre los años 1952 y 2006, ha sido posible analizar la variación de la rugosidad en el tiempo y la consiguiente variación en la capacidad de conducción del canal de Vento, tras 125 años de operación.Palabras clave: Albear, canal de Vento, curva de descarga.
