Campo de oleaje en la bahía de La Habana para diferentes escenarios climáticos
Abstract
El trabajo presenta un estudio del campo de oleaje para diferentes escenarios en la bahía de la Habana, Cuba. Se realiza el análisis para diferentes condiciones climáticas y períodos de retorno de eventos extremos, incluyendo la sobre-elevación del mar debido al cambio climático. Los resultados del trabajo serán de gran utilidad para el diseño de las futuras obras que se ejecutarán en la bahía de La Habana. La simulación de los diferentes escenarios se lleva a cabo mediante la aplicación del modelo matemático SWAN, establecido sobre una malla de cómputo curvilínea que permite una mejor representación de las variaciones en la línea de costa.
