Procesos morfológicos en playas del litoral costero de Venezuela
Abstract
El trabajo consiste en un estudio de diagnóstico de problemas que se presentan en algunas zonas costeras de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Cada localidad inspeccionada ha sido brevemente descrita, exponiendo las principales problemáticas y las causas que le dieron origen, además de acciones recomendadas. Posteriormente se establecen criterios de selección para determinar las prioridades de ejecución dentro de cada estado del país.Palabras clave: costas de Venezuela, erosión, olas, playas, rehabilitación de costas.
