Focus and scope

The purpose of the journal Ingeniería Hidráulica y Ambiental is to disseminate knowledge and contribute to the exchange of experiences and communication between Spanish-speaking professionals and technicians.

Topics of interest to the magazine include content on hydraulic engineering problem solving, applications, and development.

1. Disseminate the knowledge and experience of original scientific results, derived from multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research and works and also from practical applications. 

2. Contribute to communication between engineering professionals. The Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering magazine publishes the following types of documents:

  4. Preprints are also accepted, which must be indicated by the authors when submitting the manuscript for publication.
