Consumo de agua en la cervecería Tínima

Abstract

El consumo de agua por hL de cerveza debe ser de 10 -15 hL / hL. Con el objetivo de determinar los gastos reales, se tomaron lecturas diarias de los volúmenes de agua consumidos durante tres años (2013 -2015) y se procesaron, mediante estadígrafos descriptivos, por medio del paquete STATGRAPHICS XVI para obtener los valores e intervalos más frecuentes de consumos específicos y totales y demandas promedio, máxima y mínima. También se determinó el coeficiente de variación diaria. El consumo total actual de agua es de 1 397 m3/d (7,5 m3 de agua/ m3 de producto) y en %: 62 de agua suave,  20 del filtro, 11 consumo social y 7 del molino; el gasto promedio mensual es de 1 393 m3/d. El coeficiente de variación diaria es de 2,13.
