Capacidad de transporte eólico de arena hacia las dunas en Los Taínos, Varadero, Cuba
Abstract
En el presente trabajo se caracteriza la playa de Los Taínos, ubicada en Varadero, teniendo en cuenta las características del grano de su arena, del viento incidente y su orientación. De forma tal se hbizo que se pudieran determinar por varias expresiones el comportamiento mensual y anual de la capacidad de transporte eólico de arena. La selección del año tipo respecto a los datos de viento fue un paso importante que se tomó en cuenta, mediante el cual se establecen las direcciones que más afectan a este tramo de costa. También, el transporte de arena hacia las dunas fue determinado para toda el área de estudio.
