Abstract
I. THE CIH WORKSHOP ACTThe workshop was held in conjunction with the Seminar at the CIH1 facilities of CUJAE2 University in Havana City,
Cuba, within November 28-December 01st, 2006. A total number of thirty three experts of Europe and the Caribbean
islands participated in the joint event. From them, twelve were officially participants in the Workshop.
