NOTA DE RETRACTACIÓN

PARA NUESTROS LECTORES:

 

En días pasados el  Sr.  Luis Botija Ibáñez de  CEO,  GEODESIC INNOVATIONS SL Doctor Esquerdo 105,  28007-MADRID denunció que el artículo  “Aplicación de la oxidación avanzada en la desinfección de aguas residuales”del autor Dr. Ángel Guillemes Peira, Profesor – Investigador, Universidad del Pacífico, Guayaquil, Ecuador, publicado por nuestra revista Ingeniería Hidráulica y Ambiental en el vol. 35, no. 3, de Sep-Dic. de 2014, pp. 60-72, es un plagio de otro trabajo científico titulado “ENSAYO DE EFICACIA DESINFECTANTE DE LA TECNOLOGÍA ELECTROQUÍMICA ELGRESSY® FRENTE A E. COLI EN EFLUENTES DE ESTACIONES DEPURADORAS DE AGUAS RESIDUALES (EDAR)” del autor GEODESIC INNOVATIONS, HORIZON ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES, ESAMUR el cual no ha sido publicado pero cuenta con un copyright de la Agencia Europea correspondiente de fecha abril 2013 a nombre del Sr. Luis Miguel Botija.

 

Luego de cotejar cuidadosa y detalladamente dichos documentos por parte del que suscribe y por otro especialista que en su momento fungió como árbitro del artículo publicado por nosotros, podemos afirmar que no nos queda duda de que es efectivamente una copia del trabajo original, un verdadero plagio, y, por lo tanto, el artículo citado arriba queda eliminado del sitio y se publica esta nota en su lugar.
